I am waiting from last days but my order not delivered yet
I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order placed on 25 October 2025 for the Premium Grain Leather Slip-on. I received an email confirmation stating that my order was successfully placed under Order No. 39827.
However, as of today, I have not yet received the parcel or any update regarding its shipment status. Moreover, I have tried contacting your customer service on the phone numbers provided on your website, but there has been no response.
I would appreciate it if you could kindly look into this matter and provide me with an update on the delivery or a tracking number at the earliest.
